Tonight The Fitzgerald Museum hosted its annual Fitz Gala in Montgomery. Tim and I had a beautiful time and enjoyed dressing up in a Roaring 20s/Great Gatsby theme. The event is the museum's largest fundraiser and sold out. As a board member, I would like to extend the opportunity for you to visit this very special home dedicated to the life of F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald soon!
Zelda was from Montgomery, where you may notice streets, plazas, etc. named after F. Scott and Zelda. The Fitzgeralds lived in the mansion on Felder from 1931 until 1932, where they wrote portions of their respective novels, Save Me The Waltz and Tender Is The Night. #Our67 Comments are closed.
