I enjoyed visiting Coffee Off the Square in downtown Athens, an excellent example of how a historic building can be thoughtfully repurposed into a vibrant local gathering place. Historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects strengthen our downtowns and communities. #Our67 #AthensAL #LimestoneCounty #adaptivereuse #EconomicDevelopment #commercialrealestate Coffee Off the Square

Stovehouse is an excellent example of how adaptive reuse can transform a community. The former Martin Stamping & Stove Factory in Huntsville has been thoughtfully redeveloped into a vibrant destination for businesses, restaurants, events, and gathering spaces. Projects like Stovehouse preserve our history while creating new economic opportunities and helping revitalize an entire area. Huntsville continues to show what is possible when we invest in great places and innovative redevelopment. #Our67 #HuntsvilleAL #MadisonCounty

The Sanctuary on 25th is an excellent example of how adaptive reuse can breathe new life into an existing property while preserving the character and history of a community. Owners of the Sanctuary on 25th transformed a former 1920s-era church into a restaurant and event space with a Roaring Twenties/Speakeasy vibe.
