Today the Helicon Fire Department hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to showcase the much-needed cardiac equipment and other equipment required for Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, which they now have. With an average 40-minute ambulance response time, the equipment can help save lives and thus increases the quality of life for residents of the Helicon coverage area and neighboring communities. Tim and I were pleased to work with Neil Feist and Greg Ackley to assist Helicon with obtaining the grant funding. Thank you to the Helicon Volunteer Fire Department for bringing this to our attention and for all you do for the community. #Our67Comments are closed.
