Author Spotlight: David Carney and John Perry

On Thursday evening I was honored to have attended a book signing with David Carney and John Perry, authors of The Making of a Memorial: The Huntsville Madison County Veterans Memorial. The walls at our downtown landmark list the names of local servicemen and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice, and proceeds from book sales will add to the site and fund a new First Responders statue.
It is a blessing to live in Huntsville because of the tremendous outpouring of respect for our veterans. Thank you all who support ways to show a deep honor and gratitude for our military, a forever indebtedness of our hearts that our heroes deserve.
