Tonight I attended a profound meeting - Living Well and Ending Well. Monica Williams, M.D. discussed the importance of making wishes known and highlighted elements of life we often overlook such as leaving a legacy, not taking life for granted, telling folks you love them, and seizing the moment. Thank you, Dr. Monica Williams, for sharing your insight, your gifts, and your personal story. Many blessings to you today and always. #Our67 #TakeTheTime
