With freedom comes great sacrifice. On Memorial Day, observed this year on Monday 29 May 2023, we express our enduring gratitude for members of the Armed Forces who have fallen while in the line of duty.
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends.

GOOD NEWS : Alabama has a plethora of international trade partners that exemplify the Made in Alabama brand. The Governor’s Trade Excellence Awards gives outstanding organizations well-deserved recognition for their contributions to our state’s success in global markets. Economic development is a continuous process of cultivating relationships, investing in human capital, and working with communities to find their hidden talent within.
