Winston County Legislative Delegation

Thank you to the Northwest Alabamian and Haleyville City Schools for hosting the Winston County legislative delegation on Thursday evening. We had good discussions about state highways, schools, and ARPA funding deadlines.

It is important to remember what Governor Ivey mentioned multiple times: coronavirus relief funding is a temporary supplement from the federal government that will cease. It should not be a mechanism to create positions/situations that will require perpetual/annual funding or costly maintenance. #Our67
