Health Professionals in Rural Alabama

In Alabama, 62 out of 67 counties are underserved or partially underserved in healthcare, hence the reason why it brings me great joy to bring adequate medical care to rural areas.

Today at the Troy Women's Club, local physical therapists spoke with seniors about maintaining physical fitness during all stages of life. They also outlined the Silver Sneakers program, which is offered at no-cost or low-cost for many folks on Medicare. It was a great day spent with people devoted to improving the quality of life of Alabamians.
