Life is precious and for the living. I feel thankful to conclude the week learning more about two great American writers and a bucket list item - an overnight stay at the historic F. Scott Fitzgerald Museum in Montgomery. #Our67

Zelda Fitzgerald was a native of Montgomery.

Zelda Fitzgerald believed women should be actively involved in politics.

F. Scott Fitzgerald, author of The Great Gatsby and many other notable works, was stationed at Camp Sheridan in Montgomery. (I named my daughter Sheridan after the Camp Sheridan landmark, which is on the Capitol grounds near the flags on the South lawn).
