This is the right move. Anything else would open the door for frivolous lawsuits and create additional burdens on employers.

Yesterday the Northwest Alabamian held a political forum featuring Winston County legislators. Tim did an excellent job outlining House District 14 accomplishments of 2021 and answering questions from attendees, as did our HD17 neighbor Tracy Estes. While he wanted to participate, Senator Garlan Gudger could not due to COVID-19. Please keep everyone in prayer as we enter what will be a busy legislative session.
